On March 16, the world's largest black highland barley planting base in Lhunze County, Shannan City of China's Xizang, held a spring plowing ceremony. Traditional Tibetan opera performances and modern agricultural machinery jointly showcased a vibrant scene of spring cultivation. In recent years, Lhunze County has vigorously developed its black highland barley industry, achieving a planting area of 203.33km², an annual output of 14,400 tons, and an annual production value of 29.3 million yuan.
